Chatterjee, Advocate ---- 2/02.04.2026 Heard learned counsels for petitioner and for State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint (C.F.) Case No.385 of 2019, for offence registered under section 33, 41, 42 of Indian Forest Act, pending in court of learned S.D.J.M., at Latehar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be the owner of the tractor and the allegations are made that 50 cft stone boulders were being carried on the said tractor. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.11 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegations are there of illegally carrying the said stone boulders on the said tractor. 5. Considering that petitioner happened to be the owner of the tractor and he has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.11 of the petition, and in this view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today and learned court shall release petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties, as learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
