JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This petition is filed for orders on non-compliance of office objections. 2. On perusal of the order sheet, it discloses that the petition is filed on 29.08.2025. Thereafter, the matter was listed before the Registrar on 04.09.2025 and 11.11.2025 for compliance of office objections and on both the occasions, the counsel for the petitioner was absent. On 29.01.2026, the counsel for the petitioner sought time to comply with the office objections before the Registrar so also on 26.02.2026 and granted the time to do the needful. Again on 02.04.2026, the counsel for the petitioner was absent before the Registrar. However, as a last chance, two weeks time was granted for compliance of office objections. On 15.06.2026 also there was - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32081 CRL.RP No. 1298 of 2025 no representation on behalf of the petitioner before the Registrar and in view of compliance of minimum objections as per SOP, directed to post the matter before the Court. 3. Today, the counsel for the petitioner again seeks time to comply the office objections. Out of eight office objections, five are complied and still, three office objections to be complied. Inspite of sufficient opportunity is granted, the counsel for the petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting the matter. Hence, there is no ground to keep the matter alive.
