2. Petitioner's grievance is that his representation (Annexure P- 6 Colly.) seeking applicability Anil Kumar Kohli Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 has not been decided till date by the respondents/competent authority.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be content, in case, respondents/competent authority are directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2CWPOA No. 83/2020, decided on 28.03.2024.
2 accordance with law, within a time bound manner. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to this prayer. Without adverting to the merits of the matter and without examining the issue of delay, laches & acquiescence, if any, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law as well as taking into consideration the above
judgment, within a period of six weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
