JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 09-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. 2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in Arwal P.S. Case No. 129 of 2026, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022. 3. As per prosecution case, total 43.875 liters of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from house of one Ritesh Kumar. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner no. 1 has got two criminal antecedents and petitioner no. 2 has got three criminal antecedents. 6.
