In this writ petition, petitioner seeking writ of mandamus to Respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 19.02.2024 (Annexure-A). 3. Sri.Naren Shakti Swarup.M.U., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner invited attention of this court to the order dated 21.12.2020 in W.P.No.12887 of 2019 (Annexure-C), wherein the suo-motu proceedings initiated in respect of the subject land, as to the grant made in favour of the vendor's vendor of the petitioner, which came to be quashed by this Court, in the order produced at Annexure-C. In that view of the matter, it is made clear that, as on today, the petitioner being the owner of the property in question, requires the change of khatha into his name. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30563 WP No. 18395 of 2026 4. In this regard, the learned AGA submitted that since the property in question is being converted and therefore, Respondent No.3 has no jurisdiction to the said aspect, I am of the view that since the proceedings have been initiated by the Respondent No.2 against the vendor's vendor of the petitioner herein, which has been quashed by this Court as per the order dated 21.12.2020 in W.P.No.12887 of 2019 (Annexure-C), I am of the view that, there is no impediment for the Respondent No.3 to consider the representation at Annexure-A within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
