Sushil Kukreja, Judge(Oral): Learned Additional Advocate General, has placed on record instructions dated 18.09.2026, wherein, it has been stated that the petitioner was not entitled for Non-Practicing Allowance on his promotion to the post of Veterinary Officers, but inadvertently, the Deputy Director, Animal Health/Breeding, District Sirmour at Nahan, H.P. had allowed Non- Practicing Allowance to the petitioner. When Government Notification dated 24.05.2023 came in the notice of Deputy Director, Animal Health/Breeding Sirmour at Nahan, District Sirmour, H.P. in the month of September, 2025 while dealing with matter of giving annual increment to the petitioner, she immediately stopped NPA to the petitioner vide order date 12.09.2025. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgement? 2 2. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he doesn’t want to press the present contempt petition, at this stage. 3.
