On perusal of the order sheet, it discloses that conditional order passed by this Court is not complied by the petitioners. The matter was referred to the Lok-adalath and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and again the matter was listed before the Lok-adalath but referred back to the Court as there is no possibility of settlement. Again, the matter was referred to the mediation but not settled before the mediation since both the parties never appeared before the mediation centre. As the petitioner has not complied with the conditional order passed by this Court while suspending the sentence and this revision petition is also not yet admitted and the counsel for the petitioners is not pursuing the matter diligently, the revision petition is dismissed as not required to consider the same in view of non-compliance of the conditional order of this Court.
