When the matter is called, Sri S.Krishna Vamsi, learned counsel representing Sri K.Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the E-courts status furnished by the Registry, the main suit i.e., O.S.No.27 of 2016 itself was dismissed for default on 01.03.2024. 3. Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are needed to be passed in the present revision petition. 4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5. There shall be no order as to costs.
