JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER Both the parties and their respective learned counsel are present before the Court and they have filed a joint memo. In terms of the joint memo, the parties have settled their dispute for a total settlement of Rs.5,85,000/- as full and final settlement. It is stated that the petitioner has already deposited an amount of Rs.4,07,500/- before the Trial Court. Out of that, an amount of Rs.5,000/- shall vest with the State and after deducting the same, the respondents/complainant are entitled for an amount of Rs.4,02,500/- and the petitioner has no objection to release the amount in favour of the respondents before the Trial Court. Today the petitioner has paid the remaining amount of Rs.1,82,500/- to the legal heirs of the respondent/complainant before the Court and the same is acknowledged by the legal heirs of the respondent. In terms of the settlement arrived between the parties, entire amount of Rs.5,85,000/- is paid to the legal heirs of the respondent/complainant.
