(ORAL) The peoner is seeking regular bail by way of peon filed under Secon 439 Cr.P.C in case FIR No.264 dated 10.11.2024 registered under Secon 109 of BNS, 2023 (Secon 307 of the IPC, 1860) and Secons 25 and 27 of Arms Act at Police Staon Rama Mandi, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar. 2. It is submi8ed by learned counsel for the peoner that peoner is alleged to have used firearm and fired a bullet. However the bullet did not hit the complainant Prince Sharma (respondent No.2). It is further submi8ed by learned counsel that ma8er has since been compromised between the pares vide Annexure P-2 and the pares had earlier filed a quashing peon bearing No.CRM-M-17659-2026 for quashing of FIR in queson. This Court vide order dated 02.04.2026 (Annexure P-3) directed the pares to get their statements recorded before the trial Court and that their statements has already been recorded on 01.06.2026 as per Annexure P-4. 3.
