For the Respondents: Ms. Shrutika, Advocate. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): While placing on record communication issued under signatures of Manager (Technical) HRTC Divisional Workshop, Tara Devi, Shimla, Ms. Shrutika, learned counsel representing the respondents, states that respondent-Corporation, after having calculated total arrears to the tune of Rs. 12,36,773, has already paid first installment of Rs. 2,67,997 vide cheque No. 212498, dated 28.10.2025. She states that second installment of Rs.2, 67,997/- has been also paid vide cheque No. 229637, dated 29.08.2026. She further states that remaining amount of Rs. 7,00,779/- shall also be paid in installments and same shall be cleared on or before March, 2028. 2.
