1. Heard Mr. Uday Shankar Chauhan, learned Advocate holding brief of Mr. Harendra Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record.
2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Criminal Misc. Case No. 298 of 2025 (Pushpanjali Sharma Vs. Alok Nath Vishwakarma), under Section 144 of B.N.S.S., Police Station Mardah, District Ghazipur, pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur, within stipulated time.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the present case is pending for more than ten months and the case has not culminated to its logical conclusion.
4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the matter be expedited in the interest of justice.
5. Keeping in view the period of pendency of the case, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the matter expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
