As per this reply, the minor peoner was produced before the Child Welfare Commi<ee on 06.06.2026 and the said Commi<ee has sent the minor peoner to Heavenly Angel Daroha, District Ludhiana, being a Child Care Instuon. Having regard to the fact that peoner No.1 is a minor, she cannot be allowed to reside in live-in-relaonship with the major peoner No.2. The Child Welfare Commi<ee has rightly sent the peoner No.1 to the Child Care Instuon. As and when, she a<ains majority, she will be at liberty to accompany peoner No.2 or wherever she wants to go.
