JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This Court vide order dated 11.07.2025, suspended the sentence, directing the petitioner to pay 50% of the fine amount including the amount already deposited, within four weeks from the said order, and also directed to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. Both the conditions have not been complied with. 2. Even though the matter was sent to the Mediation and the same was not settled. Again the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission on 22.06.2026 that demand draft would be furnished by making full payment by way of settlement. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32180 CRL.RP No. 1620 of 2024 would submit that, he could not contact the petitioner when the order was passed in the year 2025 itself. Even granting sufficient time, there is no compliance of the order passed by this Court and even after providing an opportunity the petitioner is not pursuing the matter diligently.
