The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 1st Respondent Police to grant police protection so as to enforce the order dated 30.04.2026 passed by the II Addl. Family Judge at Bengaluru in G and WC No.453/2023 pursuant to the complaint registered as LPT No.788/2026 dated 16.05.2026 at Annexure - 'G', representation dated 24.05.2026 bearing No.Nil at Annexure - 'L' and the complaint registered as LPT No.830/2026 dated 24.05.2026 at Annexure - 'M', by allowing the writ petition; b. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to handover the daughter 'Amrita' forthwith and compensate the Petitioner for loss of interim vacation custody pursuant to the order dated 30.04.2026 passed by the II Addl. Family Judge, at Bengaluru in G and WC No.453/2023 at Annexure - E by allowing the Writ Petition; c. A joint memo has been filed signed by the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.2, learned counsel for respondent No.2, which reads as under; JOINT MEMO The Petitioner and the 2nd Respondent most respectfully submit as follows: 1. During the pendency of the present petition, the 2nd Respondent has agreed to handover the daughter to the Petitioner from 03.07.2026 to 19.07.2026. Accordingly, it is agreed that the Petitioner shall pick up the daughter from the 2nd Respondent's Apartment Security Gate on 03.07.2026 at 7:00 p.m. and drop her back at the same place of pick-up on 19.07.2026 at 7:00 p.m. 2. Further, it is agreed that except the alteration of the dates of the interim custody from 03.07.2026 to 19.07.2026 all other conditions shall be in accordance with the order dated 30.04.2026 passed on I.A.No.11 by the II Addl. Family Judge at Bengaluru in G and WC No.453/2023. 3. It is agreed that present petition can be disposed in terms of this joint memo. The present joint memo is filed by the parties voluntarily, without coercion, undue influence and/or misrepresentation after understanding all the terms and the effect thereof. 3. The petitioner and respondent No.2 are present before this Court in person. Their further submission is that they are also exploring the possibility of settling the entire lis between the parties. It is submitted that two G & WC petitions, one petition for divorce, and one petition for restitution of conjugal rights are presently pending between the parties, they will try and resolve the same by getting the matter referred to Mediation by the Court seized of the divorce proceedings. 5.
