Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record notification dated 14.09.2026, relevant para of which reads as under: - “NOTIFICATION In compliance with the orders dated 03-03-2026 passed by the Hon’ble High Court in CWP No. 2430 of 2026, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order the transfer and posting of Sh. Rajesh Bhogal, Principal, from GSSS Poolan, District Chamba, to GSSS Bijhari, District Hamirpur, against the vacancy being caused on 31-10-2026, without TTA/JT. The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is further pleased to order the transfer and posting of Sh. Som Dutt, Principal, from GSSS Tundi, District Chamba, to GSSS Poolan, District Chamba, as a substitute for Sh. Rajesh Bhogal, Principal. Sh. Som Dutt, Principal, is directed to join his duties at GSSS Poolan on or after 01-11-2026. Further, Sh. Rajesh Bhogal, Principal, shall get relieved from GSSS Poolan only after the joining of his substitute.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the arrangement made in the aforesaid notification is acceptable to the petitioner, however, it be ensured that the petitioner is actually posted as Principal at Government Senior Secondary School, Bijhari, District Hamirpur, within one week from 31.10.2026, i.e. when the post becomes available. 3. In view of the above, the present proceedings are closed with a direction to the respondents to implement the notification, as extracted above, by posting the petitioner as Principal at Government Senior Secondary School, Bijhari, District Hamirpur, within one week from 31.10.2026, without insisting upon his reliever at his current place of posting i.e. Government Senior Secondary School, Poolan, District Chamba.
