Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced instructions dated 19.09.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh and copy of order dated 01.09.2026, passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Solan, District Solan (H.P.), which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid order dated 01.09.2026 reveals that the case of the petitioner has been reconsidered and he has been found similarly situated to that of Nirmal 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Singh, which was decided on the anology of Inder Singh’s case in CWP No.4830/2023 and allowed higher pay stage of Rs.40,100/- after two years of regular services, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. The DDO concerned has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 16.12.2025, passed in CWP No.19705 of 2025, titled, Ram Murti vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case, the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 4.
