JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: “ (i) Issue a Writ or a direction or an appropriate order in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Nos. 2 to consider representation of the petitioner for regularize the service of the Petitioner as librarian supervisor pursuant to his representation dated 12/1/2026. Which is given by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent The Commissioner Department Of Rural Development and Panchayath Raj Bengaluru VIDE ANNEXURE- H. (ii) Issue any other order or directions and grant such other reliefs this writ petition.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 5 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation at Annexure – H dated 12.01.2026 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation at Annexure – H dated 12.01.2026 and pass appropriate order bearing in mind the order passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court in WP.No.101474/2025 dated 02.12.2025 vide Annexure - G and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
