for respondent No.2-State. Chirag Bhanu Singh,Judge(Oral) Notice. Mr. Rajpal Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.2-State.
2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute, as it pertains to an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that counsel representing the parties before the learned Trial Court had apprised the learned Trial Court about the same on 15.07.2026 that the parties had settled the dispute. However,
despite the settlement having been brought to the notice of the learned Trial Court, the learned Trial Court proceeded to issue a non-bailable warrant against the petitioner/accused.
4. Prima facie, there is nothing wrong with the order passed by the learned Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall move an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court along with the compromise deed. The learned Trial Court shall consider the same and take due cognizance of the amicable settlement arrived inter-se the parties thereof, in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Pending application(s), if any, also stand
disposed of.
