This application, under Order 1 Rule 10 of the CPC, is preferred by the applicants for impleading (i) Shri Bekir Nyorak, Deputy Commissioner, Anni, Dibang Valley District, Arunachal Pradesh and (ii) Shri Pagli Sora, Director of Land Management, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar, as party respondent Nos. 8 & 9, respectively, in Contempt Case (Civil) No. 38(AP)/2022. 3. Mr. Mow, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the erstwhile Deputy Commissioner of Anni, Dibang Vally District, has been promoted and in his place, new incumbent, namely, Bekir Nyorak has taken charge of the post and one Shri Pagli Sora has assumed charge of Director of Land Management, Government of Arunachal Pradesh and as such, their names are required to be Page No.# 4/4 impleaded as party respondent Nos. 8 & 9 in Contempt Case (Civil) No. 38(AP)/2022. 4. Having heard the submission of Mr. Mow, learned counsel for the applicants and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this interlocutory application stands allowed. 5. Shri Bekir Nyorak, Deputy Commissioner, Anni, Dibang Valley District, Arunachal Pradesh and Shri Pagli Sora, Director of Land Management, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar, be impleaded as party respondent Nos. 8 & 9, respectively, in Contempt Case (Civil) No. 38(AP)/2022. 6. In terms of above, this IA stands closed. 7.
