Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case relates to payment of honorarium for the post of Computer Operator/ Data Entry Operator and even recommendation has also been made but for the reasons best known to the respondents, the same has not been paid till date. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since counter- affidavit has not been filed, if the petitioner approach the concerned authorities for redressal of his grievances, necessary orders will be passed. 4. Having regard to the submission and looking to the prayer made in this writ application coupled with Annexure-4 series which are the recommendation made by the District Supply Officer, the instant application stands disposed of by directing the respondent No. 1 to look 2026:JHHC:24976 2 into the matter and pass an appropriate order in the light of recommendation already made by his subordinate.
