This application has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 seeking extension of time. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, vide order dated 19.09.2025, CRMP No. 978/2025 was disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned judgment dated 17.01.2025 before the appropriate Court within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.
