Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, vide order dated 19.09.2025, CRMP No. 978/2025 was disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned judgment dated 17.01.2025 before the appropriate Court within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.
