Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of statement of co- accused and the alleged recovery in the present case is of 1100 ampoules of buprenorphine. It has also been submitted that charge- sheet has been placed before the learned trial Court and there is no possibility of the case progressing as number of accused persons are absconding. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are call detail records and money transactions are also available with the principal accused from whom seizure has been effected. Having considered the present stage of the case as number of accused persons are absconding, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. 2 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) No. 795 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
