ORAL ORDER
The petitioner and the respondent and their respective counsels are present before the Court.
2. The respective parties have filed the compromise petition under Section 147 of N.I. Act stating that they have settled the matter for a sum of Rs.1,92,000/-. The respondent acknowledged the amount received through Google Pay to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- on 24.01.2026; through Phone Pay to the tune of Rs.25,000/- on 22.04.2026 and Rs.42,000/- by way of cash on 04.04.2026. The respondent also acknowledged the receipt of balance amount of Rs.25,000/- by way of cash which is made before the Court.
3. In view of receipt of settlement amount, the respondent has no objection to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,72,000/- which was deposited before the Trial Court by

the petitioner and the same may be paid to the petitioner on proper identification.
4. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the present revision petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise petition. The accused/petitioner is acquitted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of N.I. Act.
5. Out of Rs.1,72,000/-, the Trial Court is directed to release the amount of Rs.1,62,000/- in favour of the accused/petitioner on proper identification and Rs.10,000/- of fine amount shall vest with the State as ordered by the Trial Court.
