The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a Writ of mandamus or any other writ directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 22.04.2026 (Annexure-A & B) in the interest of justice and equity. b. Pass any such order as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the land of the petitioner has been put to use by the BWSSB without acquisition and in pursuance of which representation has been submitted on 22.04.2026, which has not been considered. 3. Whenever any representation is submitted to any statutory authority, it is but required for the authorities to consider the said representation and - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:31337 WP No. 16208 of 2026 pass necessary orders within a reasonable period of time either accepting or rejecting the same. If rejected, reasoned order to be passed. Neither having been done, this Court passes the following: ORDER i) The Writ Petition is allowed. ii) A mandamus is issued directing respondents to consider the representation dated 22.04.2026 at Annexures-A and B within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
