Learned counsel submits that six other similarly situated persons had filed CWP-16338-2026 which has been disposed of by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.05.2026 (Annexure P-8) and that the present peon may be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order dated 22.05.2026.
