In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the clearing of the encroachment over the road based on the complaint dated 29.01.2025 submitted by the petitioner, as per Annexure-D4. - - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30981 WP No. 19490 of 2025 3 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon careful consideration of the averments made in Annexure-D4, it is noticed that a representation has been submitted to Respondent No. 1 seeking appropriate action in the matter. 4. In that view of the matter, Respondent No. 1 is directed to remove the encroachment, if any, after conducting survey if required, found to be contrary to the village map produced at Annexure-C and the records available in its office, in accordance with law. While removing the encroachment, it is open to Respondent No.1-Thasildar, to seek the assistance of Respondent No. 4-jurisdictional police, if necessary. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, any pending applications do not survive for consideration and are accordingly disposed of.
