This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief:- “i. That the respondents may be ordered to count entire service of the petitioner from the date she was appointed on temporary basis i.e. on part time basis in the year 1997 till she was retired and the pension may be ordered to be worked out in favour of the petitioner and other retiral benefits with 12% interest thereon and the same may be ordered to be paid to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief claimed by the petitioner has been adjudicated upon in Bimla 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Devi vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2, however, learned Additional Advocate General apprised that the aforesaid decision has been stayed by the Hon’ble Division Bench vide order dated 30.04.2026 passed in LPA No.128 of 2026 (State of H.P. & Ors. vs. Bimla Devi & Anr.) 3. In view of above position, the relief in the nature claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted to her at this stage. This writ petition, therefore, is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner within six weeks after the adjudication of LPA No. 128 of 2026 and in terms thereof. 4. With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of. Jyotsna Rewal Dua Judge 23rd September, 2026.
