For the State Mr. Rishi Bharti, AC to AAG-III For Respondent No. 3 Mr. Ajit Kumar, Sr. Advocate. ------ 03/24.08.2026 Learned senior counsel Mr. Ajit Kumar, newly elected President, Jharkhand High Court Advocates’ Association, assures this Court that his Committee will look into the grievance of the Advocates’ Clerk Association, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi. He also ensures that the mandate in Rule 57(2) of the Model Rule of the Advocate/Bar Associations within the State of Jharkhand framed by Jharkhand State Bar Council will be complied with. He submits that if any difference crops up while implementing the same, the Committee will sit with the representative of the Advocates’ Clerk Association and will ensure that the things run smoothly and there will be no bitter feelings amongst the Advocates’ Clerks. 2. Considering the undertakings given by the President of the Jharkhand High Court Advocates’ Association, this writ petition stands disposed of. 3. The parties will try to resolve their dispute amicably.
