2. Petitioners' grievance is that their representations (Annexure P-6 Colly.) seeking applicability Manohar Lal and others vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 have not been decided till date by the respondents/competent authority. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners would be content, in case, respondents/competent authority are directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWPOA No. 6814 of 2020 decided along with connected matters on 09.07.2026
2 petitioners, in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. Learned Assistant Advocate General have no objection to this prayer. Without adverting to the merits of the matter and without examining the issue of delay, laches & acquiescence, if any, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioners, in accordance with law as well as taking into consideration the above
judgment, within a period of six weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioners. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
