State of Haryana and ors.” which was disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 04.09.2025 and later on relied upon in another CWP-7040-2026 decided on 10.03.2026 tled “EHC Kaaraj Singh and ors. vs. State of Haryana and ors.”, whereby the respondents were directed to re-consider the case of the peoners for the purpose of undergoing Lower School Course List-B1 of the year 2024. Learned counsel submits that the present peon may be disposed of in view of the direcons issued in CWP-24483-2025 tled “ESI Sandeep Kumar and ors. Vs. State of Haryana and ors.”. Noce of moon.
