Ranjan Sharma, Judge: Petitioner has invoked the contempt jurisdiction of this Court, alleging non-compliance of the order dated 06.08.2026 [Annexure C-1], passed in CWP No. 13370 of 2026, titled as Sunita Devi versus State of Himachal Pradesh & others, whereby the Division Bench of this Court had passed an interim order that petitioner shall be allowed to continue in service up to the age of 60 years or till further orders passed by this Court, whichever is earlier. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes -2- 2. Upon listing of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner places on record a copy of the order dated 14.08.2026 (Taken on record), directing the re-engagement of the petitioner and in response to the aforesaid office order, petitioner has rejoined on 25.08.2026 (Statement taken on record). 3. In view of the subsequent events, coupled with the fact that the order stands complied with, the instant proceedings are closed and all the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
