Case No. 428 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant with iron rod. Doctor has found the injury to be grievous. 4.
