While placing on record communication dated 21.9.2026, issued under the signature of Regional Manager, HRTC, Local Unit-II, Dhalli, Shimla-12, Himachal Pradesh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed stands duly complied with. Careful perusal of aforsiad communicaiton, which is taken on record reveals that sums of Rs. 5,03,958/- and Rs. 3,25,634/- stand paid to the petitioner on account of DCRG and leave encashment vide Cheque No. 051175 dated 18.09.2026.

Learned counsel representing the respondents fairly states that interest on delayed payment shall also be calculated and disbursed expeditiously.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure payment of admissible interest within a period of two months, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards implementation of the order/judgment.
