Virender Singh, Judge (Oral) CMP No. 24170 of 2026 By way  of the present  application, factum   of compromise has been brought on record.  Along with the application, fresh rent agreement between Pavnesh Kumar and Sunder Lal has been placed on record.  The use and occupation charges have been paid to the landlord and now, nothing is due against Hem Raj. 2. In view of the new rent agreement, which, has been   placed   on   record,   the   learned   counsel   for   the petitioner has prayed that he does not want to proceed further with the petition and wants to withdraw the same. 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 2026:HHC:40629 3. At this stage, it has been prayed that petitioner Sunder Lal has deposited a sum of Rs. 80,000/­, as use and occupation charges in the Court.  The said amount be refunded back to him, in view of the compromise. 4. In   view   of   the   no   objection,   said   prayer   is allowed and the amount of Rs. 80,000/­ is ordered to be refunded back to petitioner Sunder Lal. 5.
