In the writ petition, petitioner prays for direction upon the concerned police authorities for registering FIR based on complaint lodged before the concerned police authorities. 3. Mr. Das, learned Additional Government Pleader representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 17th June, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Memari Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of the communication dated 17th June, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing petitioner. 4. It is disclosed in the communication dated 17th June, 2026 that taking note of two separate complaints two FIRs were registered one is 2 Memari P.S. Case No. 426/26 dated 2nd June, 2026 and another is Memari P.S. Case No. 460/26 dated 9th June, 2026. Since two separate FIRs are registered thereby initiating criminal prosecutions at this stage no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 5. However, concerned police authorities are directed to take criminal prosecutions to logical conclusion by submitting reports before the jurisdictional Magistrate at an early date. 6.
