JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 2 09-07-2026 Heard learned counsels for the parties. 2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: “i. For issuance of a writ/ writs, order/ directions for quashing the FIR bearing Roh P.S. Case No.-394/2025 registered U/s 126(2)/ 115(2)/ 110/303(2)/352/351(2)/3(5) of BNS as same is false, malice and lodged with ulterior motives at the instance of the Respondent No.-6. ii. For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents to not take any coercive action against the petitioners and also conduct a fair and proper Patna High Court CR. WJC No.316 of 2026(2) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 investigation of Roh P.S. Case No.- 394/2025. iii. For issuance of any other writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions which may be deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the State respondents submits that counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3, wherein it has been submitted that the Police investigated the matter and finding no evidence a closure report has been submitted before the learned trial Court and petitioners have not been sent up for facing trial. 4.
