(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 16.9.2026, issued under the signature of Regional Manager, HRTC, Dharamshala, learned counsel representing the respondents states that the DCRG amount amounting to Rs. 5,31,648/- has already been paid to the petitioner vide cheque No. 50969 dated 16.9.2026. He further states that amount, if any, payable on account of leave encashment along with admissible interest shall also be paid expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks. 2 2. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure payment of admissible interest within a period of six weeks, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards implementation of the order/judgment.
