ORAL ORDER
The petitioners are before this Court seeking the following prayer:
“1. To direct the respondent to pay arrears of 4 lakhs within a week as the petitioners are facing eviction threat by the association.
2. To direct III ADDL. PRL. JUDGE Family Court at BENGALURU for expeditious disposal in main petition with I.A.s in Crl.Misc.592/2023 (I.A.9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21) within 3 months before granting nullity/separation.
3. To connect this case with W.P.36650/2025 as these cases are between the same parties.
4. Allowing the petitioner to realise the cost of this petition from the respondent and their assets.
5. Allowing such other reliefs as are warranted in the circumstances of the petition and found fit and proper by this Honourable Court.”
2. Heard Smt. Leena Abraham, petitioner – party in- person.
3. The petitioner – party in-person would now restrict her prayer only to prayer No.2, and seek an appropriate direction to the concerned Court to dispose of the petition in Crl.Misc.No.592/2023 along with interlocutory applications within three months.

4. In the light of the submission and prayer No.2 of the petitioners being innocuous, the concerned Court is directed to dispose of Crl.Misc.No.592/2023 along with interlocutory applications within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if not earlier.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the criminal petition stands disposed.
