Land Records Manual as amended vide notifications dated 20.12.2010 and 09.01.2012. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that petitioner is yet to file her reply to the aforesaid appeal. It is for the petitioner to raise all the objections available to her against the maintainability of the appeal and for the concerned authority to take a call on the said objections, if taken, in accordance with law. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3.
