Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of order dated 02.05.2026 issued by respondent No. 1, saloon of the petitioner situated at the 1st floor of Plot No. 211, Sector 2, Channi Himmat, Jammu has been sealed by the respondents illegally. He further submits that the petitioner regarding her grievance has submitted the detailed representation dated 04.05.2026 to respondent No. 1 but the same has not been decided till date. He further submits that respondent No. 1 be directed to decide the same within a stipulated period. 2. Notice. 3. Notice is waived by Ms. Monika Thakur, Advocate appearing vice Mr. Ravinder Gupta, learned AAG on behalf of the respondents. She submits that representation filed by the petitioner shall be decided by respondent No. 1 as expeditiously as possible. 4. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 1 to decide the representation dated 04.05.2026 filed by Serial No. 186 2 WP(C) No. 2528/2026 the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. 5. Needless to say that the petitioner shall submit this order to respondent No. 1 alongwith representation stated to have been filed by the petitioner.
