Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a copy of instructions dated 12.08.2026, issued by the Executive Engineer, Palampur Division, HP.PWD, Palampur and copy of office order dated 11.08.2026, passed by the Engineer-in-Chief, HP.PWD, Shimla-02, which are taken on record.
2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 11.08.2026 reveals that the case of the petitioner has been examined in light of the judgment passed by this Court and he has been held eligible for pensionary benefits.

2 to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioner in light of the decision judgment dated 18.07.2022, passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.4792 of 2022, titled, Balo Devi vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and judgment dated 08.03.2018, passed in Civil Appeal No.6309 of 2017, titled, Sunder Singh vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, the mandate contained in the judgment dated 09.12.2025, passed in CWP No.18793 of 2025, titled, Simro Devi vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, has been complied with and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved by the office order dated 11.08.2026, passed by the Engineer-in-chief, HP.PWD, Shimla-02, he is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy to assail the aforesaid order, in accordance with law.
4. The petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. 21 st September, 2026
