This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the issues affecting the rights of the second respondent. 2. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that when the petitioner seeks to present the Sale Certificate for filing in Book No.1 as per Section 89(4) of the Registration Act, 1908, despite generating a token through the due online procedure, the same is not being received by the Sub- Registrar. 3. The learned Government Advocate, taking notice on behalf of the first respondent, would submit that the same will be received and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. 4. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms: i.
