The instant petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 2162 of 2026, dated 03.03.2026.

When the matter was listed before this Court on 22.09.2026, the learned Additional Advocate General had sought time to have instructions in the matter.

Today, he has placed on record a copy of the office order dated 22.09.2026, whereby after considering the case of the petitioner, the same has been allowed and the DDO concerned has been
directed to prepare the arrears as per the instructions of the Finance Department and as per the latest instructions issued by the Principal
Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the
judgment?

Secretary (Finance) to the Govt. of H.P. It has further been stated in the aforesaid office order that the DDO concerned shall obtain an undertaking to this effect from the petitioner that the overpayment, if any, found at a later stage, shall be recovered from him accordingly.

Since the judgment stands fully complied with by the State, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition.

Consequently, the present petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
