The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is a medical degree holder from foreign University and want to appear for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (“FMGE”), conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (“NBEMS”). However, the Information Bulletin issued by NBEMS for FMGE, requires mandatory submission of NEET UG Scorecard and the petitioner is unable to find or retrieve her NEET-UG 2019 Scorecard. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No. 1, namely National Testing Agency (“NTA”) has furnished particulars of the petitioner as available in their database, and the same can be perused by this Court to issue directions to treat this order as NEET UG Scorecards. 4. The respondent No. 1, has filed a counter affidavit mentioning relevant details and particulars of the petitioners, which reads as under:- This is a digitally signed order.
