Without going into the merit of the said application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, Malda, District Primary School Council to consider the said representation in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner. 4. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application seeking transfer along with all medical documents in support of such prayer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communication of the order of this Court. 5.
