JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo so filed reads as follows: "1. It is submitted that the marriage of the first petitioner and second respondent was solemnized on 10.2.2023 at - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:31580 CRL.P No. 7777 of 2024 Allagadda town, Andhrapradesh per Hindu rites and customs. Subsequently they started to reside in Bengaluru. Thereafter in view of the differences arose between them the second respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioners for the offences alleged under section 498A of IPC and sections 3 and 4 of DP Act. Alternatively the first petitioner filed a petition under section 13(1)(ia)(ib) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 against the second respondent in the court of Civil Judge (Sr.Dn), Allagadda for dissolution of the marriage. 2. Subsequently at the intervention of the elders and well wishers of the parties the matter has been settled between the parties amicably. Accordingly matrimonial case filed by the first petitioner in Η.Μ.Ο.Ρ.No.24/2025 on the file of Civil Judge (Sr.Dn), Allagadda allowed by granting decree of dissolution of marriage, solemnized between them by order dt.30.6.2025. Similarly C.C.No.18161/2023 initiated by Anekal police against the petitioners on the complaint of the second respondent also ended in acquittal by order dt.8.7.2025 passed by the IV Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, At Anekal. As such inview of the settlement arrived between the parties the above petition, become infructuous. Hence, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble court be please to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above petition, and accordingly the above petition may be dismissed as withdrawn, in the ends of justice."
