Order: The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in trying to dispossess the Petitioner from her land to an extent of Ac.0.11 cents and a dwelling house therein bearing Door No.1-164 (Assn.No.171) in Sy.No.120/2 situated at Yerramreddy Nagar, Rampachodavaram Village and Mandal, Polavaram District, pending disposal of the Appeal before the Respondent No.2 against the order passed in L.T.R.P.No.66 of 2017, dated 26.02.2026, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. The Respondent No.5 initiated proceedings under the Regulation No.3 of the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Regulation, 1959, vide LTRP No.66 of 2017, for ejection of the Petitioner in an extent of Ac.0.05 cents in Sy.No.120 of Rampachodavaram Village and Mandal. After due enquiry, the L.T.R.P No.66 of 2017 was allowed on 26.02.2026 and the Respondent No.4 was directed to evict the Petitioner from the schedule property. Questioning the same, the Petitioner filed an Appeal before the Respondent No.2/ Project Officer, I.T.D.A, within the time specified. As there is a threat of dispossession pending the appeal, the present Writ Petition is filed.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader passed on signed instructions of the Respondent No.5, wherein the filling of the Appeal was acknowledged at paragraph No.8. As the dispossession of the Petitioner would cause prejudice to the Petitioner pending the appeal, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:

i) The Respondent Authorities are directed not to dispossess the Petitioner, pursuant to the L.T.R.P No.66 of 2017, dated 26.02.2026, pending disposal of the Appeal before the Respondent No.2. i) There shall be no order as to costs.
