Heard the parties. 2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- “I. For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction, particularly in the nature of Mandamus commanding Respondent No.3 (Circle Officer, Baragain, Ranchi) and respondent No.2 (Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi) to forthwith execute and give effect to the order dated 20.04.2026 passed by the Special Officer, S.A.R., Ranchi in S.A.R. Case No.22/2024-25 (Anil Noel Nowrangi Vrs. Keshar Ansari & Others) and to deliver actual, physical and vacant possession of the land comprised in Khata No.235, Plot No.2729, area 50 decimals, Mouza Baragain, Thana No.184, Dist-Ranchi, in favour of the petitioner, after removing the illegal structures raised thereon by respondent Nos.6 to 8. II. For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction, commanding respondent No.4(Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi) and respondent No.5 (Officer-in-Charge, Sadar Police Station) to provide adequate police protection to the 2026:JHHC:25624 Page | 2 petitioners and to the executing authority at the time of delivery of possession, and to take appropriate action in accordance with the law against respondent Nos.6 to 8 for violating the order dated 20.04.2026 and for extending threats to the petitioner’s caretake.” 3. The petitioner has approached this Court for execution of order passed in S.A.R. Case No.22/2024-25. 4. The prayer made by the petitioner cannot be accepted, as this Court is not an executing Court of the order dated 20.04.2026 passed by the Special Officer, S.A.R. passed in S.A.R. Case No.22/2024-25 nor original jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution can be exercised for the aforesaid purpose. 5. Thus, I am not inclined to entrain this writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed. 6. The petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application before Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi.
