This Court, vide order dated 13.11.2024, passed in MCRC Nos. 7252/2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Kundan Sabar, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on one occasion also, this Court had granted extension of time for compliance of the order dated 13.11.2024. 4. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur, District – RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 Bilaspur (C.G.), through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, District – Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 29.05.2026 has requested for grant of six month’s time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the all of the accused persons are said to be absconded, and it is being difficult to ensure the presence of the accused, therefore, it is likely to take some time for concluding the trial. Therefore, he prays for grant of six month’s time for concluding the trial. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 8.
